We will happily ship your items to you. Please understand that due to the size of the kennels and some limitations of our website shipping may need to be updated on our end. The flat shipping rates provided are PER KENNEL. Every effort is made to combine items to save in shipping costs. If I can ship items together (other than kennels) then a refund of any over charges in shipping will be issued to your original form of payment.

**Please do NOT select "Local Pickup" if you need shipping. This delays delivery**

We will happily refund any orders you would like to cancel provided they haven't shipped or been picked up before the refund is requested.

Rufunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is due to the fees we incur to process your transactions.  

We are sorry to implement this policy but as a very small business and the number of cancellations/refunds we have been asked for by people ordering and changing minds is high.

Please make sure you have checked measurements of kennels as well as correct shipping method before checking out!
